YORKSHIRE BOUDOIR PHOTOSHOOT – IDEAS

A Yorkshire boudoir photoshoot experience is really not about ‘lingerie’ as most people think. It’s more about a state of mind. It’s about sensuality, power and feeling powerful. It’s about sex and feeling sexy for sure but in terms of what you wear, anything goes. it’s an attitude, a feeling, yes, a ‘state of mind’

Sure, Marilyn Monroe was sexy and she was often wearing very little indeed but who wouldn’t agree that Audrey Hepburn was one of the sexiest women on the planet and she kept all her clothes on at all times.

So, Boudoir isn’t about what you wear or don’t wear but it’s about how you wear it.

For nearly 20 years, we’ve photographed many hundreds of women who’ve come to us fo a boudoir style photoshoot. Some women come to us with the most amazing lingerie, yet don’t look sexy when they wear i because they don’t feel comfortable wearing it. Those same women, when wearing a stretchy jumper or glam dress or white shirt are transformed into total drop dead gorgeous supermodels with more sex appeal then they ever dreamed of. It’s because they feel more comfortable in a shirt or jumper. The eyes, facial expressions, the posture, everything looks better when you feel comfortable.

Doing a Madison Bou, boudoir style photoshoot is such a great way to celebrate who you are. If the thought of wearing lingerie totally terrifies you, don’t worry! Here are 10 fabulous alternative to lingerie for a boudoir shoot.
