Many of our clients tell us when they return to view their edited pictures that if they had one regret, it’s that they didn’t get a little more daring on the day.
After a very short time, almost every client starts to feel more comfortable in front of the camera than they ever thought possible.
They come with an expectation that everything is going to be so serious and difficult and they believe they won’t look as good as the girls on our website. They don’t believe they can ever look sexy. Yet, when they see how sexy they really are at the viewing, naturally, they wish they could go even further.
It’s all about your personal comfort level and the more comfortable you become, the more natural you will look in front of the camera and the more natural you look, the more sexy you will feel.
We encourage every woman who books a boudoir experience with us to come with an open mind. Try and imagine how sexy you will feel dressed only in a bedsheet. It’s liberating and empowering. It’s a celebration of your own fantastic body and it’s truly positive for your psyche.
For some women, posing completely naked is the ultimate bucket list achievement but for most women, we would recommend at least trying an ‘implied nude’ set.
When Marilyn Monroe appeared dressed in just a sheet after a photoshoot with Douglas Kirkland in November 1961 it made headlines. These days, of course, it seems perfectly normal for actors to appear naked or semi naked in films and many of these actors suffer the same insecurities as everyone else. They have to overcome this fear as part of their job.
We do everything we can to give you that movie star rush and we pride ourselves in being able to make you look like a star from the movies. That’s the craft.

As naked as the day your were born if you wish.
Or ‘implied’ which means giving the illusion that you’re not wearing clothes but hiding all the essentials to keep modesty intact.
Every woman should decide what she wants to wear on her photoshoot. Shirts and jumpers, even dresses are fine. It doesn’t have to be about lingerie.
Naked or implied naked is fine as well. It’s entirely up to you.
But, it’s better to try to push your comfort zone a little than end up regretting not doing so after seeing your fabulous pictures.
When you arrive for your session we always start by discussing wardrobe options before hair and makeup begins.
We look at the wardrobe options and also discuss sheet shots and nudity. It’s always a personal choice. Nothing is predetermined. Sometimes our clients throw caution to the wind and strip off completely after fully expecting to wear nothing racier than a stretchy jumper. (This happens more than you think)
Our job is to create pictures you’ll absolutely love. We don’t want you to feel like you wished you went a little further and we certainly don’t want you to feel you went too far. (This almost never happens. We never push you beyond your comfort zone, that’s up to you. )
On a typical day, we’ll start fully clothed with simple shirts and jumpers and then photograph some lingerie (If that’s what you want). Only when you’re fully confident do we move to create some nude or implied shots if you want them. A Boudoir Photoshoot is a very collaborative process.
