A little fashion and a little Boudoir is what we do…
This is one of the things that make a Madison Bou Experience so unique and very different to 90% of other studios.
We don’t have time constraints. (Though, of course, we do stick to yours)
We allow ourselves the time to create a wide range of different images of you looking amazing.
We don’t have to stick to the normal ‘rules’ of Boudoir. We don’t stay in the bedroom. We have fun outdoors. We play with dresses and fashion, we do anything our clients want to do.
Most High Street ‘family’ studios photograph clients in cold, white walled studios.
Most boudoir studios photograph only boudoir in one or two ‘studio’ or ‘bedroom’ style sets.
In fact, when you look at other boudoir studio packages, you’ll often see a specific time limit and outfit limit.
You’ll see something like - “A 90 minute shoot with 2 outfits costs X amount and a 2 hour shoot with 3 outfits costs Y.”
Excuse me?
Are we selling potatoes here?
How on earth is someone who’s nervous in front of the camera going to be able to get relaxed and look comfortable posing in a little underwear in only 90 minutes?!!
Some women can do this, but most need a little warm up and training first. That’s what we do and that often needs more than 90 minutes.
We think this formula is a little rigid for our clients who come to us with greater expectations. Our clients want something unique, to reflect their personality.
We don’t like to set barriers on what we do.
Every client who comes to us wanting a boudoir style photoshoot will get something completely unique.
We encourage some fully clothed pictures taken in a fashion style.
This allows you to bring glam dresses or smart casuals and get really comfortable in front of the camera.
If you can become relaxed in front of the camera at this point, by the time you get to be in your underwear, the nerves will have gone and you’ll look like you’ve been doing this forever.
Everything is about client care and individual attention.
We take time to get the make-up looking perfect.
We take time on the shoot to ensure you look at ease and comfortable in every way.
It’s why we try not to jump straight in to the ‘boudoir’ shots. It’s how we get our clients to look completely at ease wearing very little.
Almost every woman is scared when they come to do a boudoir style photoshoot but no one looks nervous in front of our camera. Why?It’s because of all the work we do to make you feel at ease.
It’s not about technology, expensive cameras and all the other ‘photography’ stuff… It’s about giving people the confidence to shine. True empowerment!
