Something Different For Mother’s Day (or For Any Day)
Boudoir isn’t the only style we do. A few years ago we started a Mum and Daughter Experience at Hazlewood Castle we have great pleasure in announcing we have just relaunched our Mum and Daughter Photoshoot Experience for Spring and for those who are not familiar with this, it’s a perfect excuse to spend some quality time together and create some lasting heirloom memories.
Hair and Makeup is provided and extra family members can join the shoot as well. Much of the shoot takes place outdoors if the weather is kind and we even provide a light lunch. Every Mum and Daughter Experience is customised completely around you and there’s no limit to your number of outfits. It’s a guaranteed fun day. Saw the advert & entered. My daughter is away at university and I thought this would be a lovely day & fabulous memories for us both.

The whole days experience was brilliant. The advice given before hand was very helpful knowing what clothes etc to bring. Our makeup was doing after listening to what we like and done very tastefully.
The whole day made us both feel very special and we have lovely photos to remind us.

Why do you want this?:
I am a mother of two, I have a son and a daughter. My son is severely disabled and takes up most of my attention, he has cerebral palsy spastic quadriplegia. That affects all four limbs he is unable to sit, stand, walk or feed himself unaided. My daughter is 1 year younger than him (he's 9 she's 8) and throughout all her life she has always been their to help me with him from feeding him, giving him drinks to helping him walk in his special walking frame by getting on the floor on her belly and holding his feet and moving them. Emily makes me proud everyday and it's so hard to be able to get mother and daughter time when I have a disabled son.

We had an amazing time with Jayne and David. Jayne did a fab job on our makeup and hair. Both of us where very nervous but David did a great job in making us feel relaxed. Thanks Guys for a lovely time. Xx"

We were very nervous at the start but soon overcame that we were made to feel so relaxed and so special for the day .
The make up and hair was amazing quite natural looking which is what we wanted ..
Overall we had a fantastic day and the photos we have chosen for the album will be a reminder 9f this day .

The surroundings at Hazelwood Castle is stunning Jayne and Dave are An amazing team You felt like you had known them for years so relaxed Having hair and make up done for the photos taken Made you feel very glamorous lots and lots of laughs on the day now having a book full of fun and laughter that will be Treasured for three generations
Sharing this experience with my daughter and granddaughter is a memory I shall treasure And every year the trees are in blossom It will make me smile as I remember the day

Why do you want this?: As a treat for my amazing mum who has always put my brother and I first since the death of our father when I was four.
Even now we are grown-up, she is there in the blink of an eye if we need her. All this whilst also working as a carer for handicapped people.

What's the main reason for doing this shoot?
To have a memorable day with my daughter and have a photo keep sake to remind us of a wonderful day. Also to say thank you to my daughter for all the love and support she has given me over the last 2 difficult years.
