LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF IN LINGERIE

David and the hair and makeup lady Cheryl made me feel comfortable from the first moment, right up until I left the shoot. Not once did I feel self conscious, embarrassed, uncomfortable or unsafe. We laughed, larked around and kept the dialogue going constantly. I was a little sad when it was over if I’m quite honest! I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the day and wouldn’t hesitate to do it all over again for my next milestone.

LOVE YOURSELF IN LINGERIE

Isn’t our attitude to sexuality a little strange in this country?

Images of violence and war are more acceptable than a glimpse of a female nipple.

Of course, male nipples are fine to show with gay abandon.

Why do we allow our children to play games that promote violence and listen to songs about sex and greed but get all flustered when asked if we want to have a nice framed piece of wall art made from our boudoir session?

So often we hear “I don’t want my kids to see me in this way.”

Why!?

Why can’t we be proud of our bodies and our sexuality?

Why should we not show them that it is NORMAL to be proud of your body?

A boudoir photoshoot could be the perfect excuse to show our kids that we are proud enough to display yourself as a work of art.

That may sound a little ‘big headed’ perhaps, but think of the positive message it sends out. If YOU are good enough then they sure as heck are good enough too.

Honestly, in our job, we deal with a shocking number of women who are ashamed of their bodies. That lack of self-worth, that ‘shame’ is exactly what they pass on to their kids and in no small way leads to an increasing amount of insecurity in our teenagers.

We see it all the time.

A sense of self-worth, self-confidence – It needs to come from the top.

That’s you Mum!

We all need to lead by example and that’s why we’re so passionate about the boudoir experience being an all-important and empowering one for all women.

LOVE YOURSELF IN LINGERIE – THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANT

For many wonderful women, regardless of their beauty (Trust me, we are all beautiful), the idea of brandishing their body in front of the camera is more than intimidating.

A smaller number of women find the idea of a boudoir photoshoot exciting and have no fear at all, but this is the exception.

Yet, whether they arrive at our door a quivering, nervous wreck, or as a confident glamour puss, they all leave us with a super confident smile and a spring in their step!

A little self-indulgence is a necessity in life, especially after months of COVID lockdown. Fact.

For some, it might be a spa day, for others, it means purchasing a new set of lingerie.

We all know that a matching underwear day is a good day which makes being photographed in beautiful lingerie the best kind of day.

Great lingerie can instill confidence. It can make you feel taller, stronger, sexier than ever and when you combine beautiful lingerie with an empowering Madison Bou Boudoir photoshoot, you will feel better than ever.

Quite literally, this is a Celebration of You

No matter what you do in your everyday life, when you step through our doors you’ll leave all of the stresses and pressures of the outside world behind.

This amazing, de-stressed ‘upgraded’ you is what we would encourage to proudly show off on your wall. Not hide in a drawer on a digital stick. Stick it up there, on the wall, loud and proud. Send out a strong positive message and guess who will benefit the most? YOU. Everytime you see your pictures you won’t be able to stop smailing.

Love yourself in lingerie!
