We’ve seen it over and over again. Clients come to us with issues about the way they look. Some clients even feel ‘ugly’ and come to us to see if they can change the way they feel about themselves.
We know you are beautiful and that you should learn to love the skin you’re in. We’ve spent years on developing the skills needed to show you how beautiful you are.

A Boudoir Experience is always so much fun and when you enjoy it with your partner it becomes even more so.
With some of our couple experiences, included in the session fee, is the option of staying overnight after the shoot. We believe this is totally unique and makes us very different to any other studio.
After the photoshoot, you’ll have a wonderful piece of unique wall art or a magical book of pictures showing the two of you in love together. Perhaps, unlike your wedding pictures, which will be more formal, wearing clothes you wouldn’t normally wear and looking a little more posed and formal, your Romantic, Boudoir style photoshoot will feature the two of you looking far less formal and more relaxed. More naturally how you really look together. These pictures can be as racy or as conservative as you wish. Something for the bedroom or something for the living room. Our style of Boudoir can often feature couples in suits and dresses as well as jeans and T-shirts and all the way to lingerie and full nude. (Often all in one shoot) - What you wear and your personal comfort level is entirely up to you and every couple is different.

WHAT STYLE OF PICTURES DO YOU WANT?
Once you’ve decided you want to do a Photoshoot together, now you’ll need to consider the style of pictures you want to create.
It’s worth taking a moment to consider something we’ve discovered over the years.
Most men generally are less enthusiastic about having their picture taken than women. Women, however, generally stress more about the experience.
We’ve never found a woman who doesn’t look amazing on camera. (Honestly, ever!) - Sometimes it takes a little more work to get accustomed to the experience of being photographed and to reduce the ‘camera face’ trout pout or ‘selfie’ look. Once we’ve done that, the pictures look fabulous. With guys, the challenge is different. Trying to get a man enthusiastic about having a photograph taken is often the tricky part. Strangely though, we’ve found that almost all men look amazing just by standing in front of the camera. They tend not to try so hard and as a result, look completely relaxed in front of the camera. Put the two of you together and focus on getting the two of you to concentrate on each other and then the magic happens.
This style of shoot is not about the photographer ( … and smiling at the camera) it’s about the two of you, happy together, comfortable together, focusing on each other.
The style of pictures should be whatever you’re drawn to as a couple.
James Bond and Bond Girl perhaps in suits and glamorous evening dresses.
Relaxed and casual jeans and T-shirts
Naked John and Yoko style (or Kim and Kanye )

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
An experience like this is special and the more you put into it, the more will will get out of it.
Think carefully about your outfit choices.
Set a realistic expectation on how much you’re worth.
You can find many studios which will herd you into the studio for a brief session of standard poses and show you the pictures straight after your shoot.
These experiences often rely on their clients making spontaneous decisions to purchase images in digital format and attract them to book a shoot with low booking fees. Surprisingly, the cost ends up far more than you expect if you don’t try hard to find out the prices first.
Whichever studio you visit, you will still pay upwards of £600 if you like more than just a few of your pictures. (Honestly, the price difference between studios is far less than you’d think but the experiences are very different)
Don’t approach a photoshoot like this thinking it will be cheap. It won’t be, but a series of great pictures of you both looking amazing and which will last for decades. That is a great investment.
We want to be brutally honest with our pricing. That way, you’ll never be shocked or surprised. (Actually, you probably will be surprised by how many pictures you love after seeing them all )
To book a session with Madison Bou is £189
This is the same for all our photoshoot experiences and covers the cost of the venue (Since we don’t shoot in a traditional high street studio ) and the hair and make-up. It also includes our shoot time which can last as long as it takes to get great pictures and create your vision. (There are no set poses or set times for this - Every photoshoot is unique to you )
You’ll then return to view your pictures a week or two later and choose your favourites and decide how you want to display them
The vast majority of our clients love far more pictures than they expect and decide to buy a book of 20 - 30 pictures featuring some solo shots and pictures in different outfits of the two of you together. These books cost from around £600 and are completely custom made in Europe to last many decades. (Yes, your children will one day discover them and be over the moon proud of you)
Something for the wall starts from around £350 and increases in cost as the pictures get bigger and materials become more exotic. (Metal prints, Acrylics, Canvas and traditional frames )
We also do some amazing Portfolio Boxes of Mounted Prints suitable for your own choice of frames and start from around £500 per box. (Like Art - in a Box)
Every picture you purchase comes as a digital version as well and for a small upgrade you can have all the digitals from the shoot. So, you can blow the budget on a large piece of wall art to show pride of place above the bed and still own all the digitals from the rest of the shoot.
Keep in mind when budgeting that most couples spend between £500 and £1200 on pictures
