First of all, yes you can! And secondly. The “models” on our website are not models at all.

They are everyday women just like you.

They are mums, teachers, nurses, waitresses, cashiers, technicians, and a multitude of other professions.

The vast majority of the women you see on our website did not have an inkling of how to be a model before walking in the door. Why would they? After all, modelling is a craft just like any other. It takes time to learn the craft, it’s not just about being pretty. There are millions of people who fit into that category. Being a model is about looking confident and natural in front of the camera. Most people tend to look quite awkward without a little tutoring.

That’s what we’re here for. During your shoot with us we will guide you every step of the way. We will point your toes, tell you what to do with your hands and help you with your facial expressions. It’s why the women in our ‘portfolio’ look comfortable on camera, because we’ve worked hard with them to make them feel comfortable, even with very few clothes on.

Every position of the toes, bend of the elbows, knees, every look, every placement…. This is no accident it’s all in the careful posing.

Well, we will tell you exactly what to do, not only with your hands but all of your body parts…Jayne spent her career travelling the world and dancing at some of the biggest shows in Paris (Moulin Rouge). Tokyo, Athens and Austria and learned about choreography to the point now that she runs a dance academy and teaches her students about posing in a variety of dance disciplines from Street to Ballet. We’ve both been posing people for more than 20 years so you can be confident that you’re in safe hands when it comes to posing in our Boudoir Sessions.

It is human nature to compare ourselves to others.

The comparison game is so overrated, mainly because we compare ourselves to someone else’s best images.

We scroll through social media and only see what each person chooses to show us. It’s not reality, it’s a ‘best view’ of their world and we often feel second best by comparison. Their clothes are better, their homes are better, heck even their husbands are better and they all have perfect kids and designer dogs… How can anyone compete? But… it’s not real!

What’s so positive about a Boudoir Photoshoot is that you’ll get to see the very best version of yourself without the need to compare to someone else. It’s really powerful stuff!

So, the next time you are scrolling the socials or looking through websites and you see other women looking fabulous, remind yourself that they are just like you and right at that very moment are probably sitting in sweats and a t-shirt with a messy bun having a similar day to yours.
