Every woman is beautiful and curves are super sexy. As a Yorkshire boudoir photography studio for 20 years we are all about stunning images of real women, not models.

A Boudoir Photoshoot is not something to enter into lightly.

Certainly it’s not a frivolous purchase.

You will probably be photographed in lingerie, maybe even partially or fully naked so you’ll need to build up real trust with the studio.

There is no point whatsoever in going to the trouble of turning up for the photoshoot with no intention in making an investment in the resulting images and the pictures from a Boudoir Photoshoot are never cheap, no matter which studio creates them.

The trouble you go to the get your outfits together, the hair and make-up before the shoot, the two or three hours for the shoots itself and the several hours editing your images before you get to see the results… All of this tells you that this is a high end experience.

One of the keys to success in boudoir is bringing a proper wardrobe with you that is not only beautiful, but fits and flatters your body as well.

A Boudoir photoshoot is essentially a sexy, professional photoshoot for all women — from petite to plus-size and Millennials to Baby Boomers. Age doesn’t limit you either. We have photographed women whose ages range from 21 to well into their 60s. Depending on the look you’re trying to achieve, your boudoir photoshoot can be fun and flirty, intimate and romantic, or very sexy…

She wanted a more fashion style shoot and the weather was perfect to shoot much of the day outdoors. This is perfect for the cowboy boots and jeans that Tina loved. She ended up with a book, a Folio Box of wall prints and 2 larger Alumini wall prints.

Not just pictures on your phone that will never be printed or even looked at again, and not just photos that exist somewhere on social media only to fall down the feed to be forgotten about. In a bygone age, stockings were worn by almost every woman. They were regarded as expensive, feminine, sexy and ladylike. No outfit was complete without the right pair of hosiery no matter the occasion or weather. This has changed of course and many women who come to us say they’ve never worn a pair of stockings in their life. We work hard to ensure you look super comfortable during your photoshoot with us and if you hate the thought of wearing stockings then don’t wear them. That said, it’s a perfect excuse to play dress up and try the role of seductive ‘vixen’ and maybe you’ll see that a good pair of stockings will add the ‘Va Va Voom’ effect But you need to be careful which ones you buy for maximum effect.

As women, we don't take the time to revel in our womanhood, enjoy or acknowledge our beauty, or the freedom of indulgence, yet each of us deserves these special moments of feeling free and bold enough to be the woman we are inside.

Our new stylised ‘Boudnoir’ is Inspired by the photography of the great Helmut Newton and we now offer the option of dark and moody Boudoir (or Boudnoir as we call it) - This form of imagery is perfectly suited to the lower light of winter and lends itself well to Hollywood style Black and White portraits from the golden age. Helmut Newton was edgy and controversial in his depiction of powerful, dominant women who were always in control of their sexuality. He was one of the go-to photographers for Vogue in the 60s and 70s and, for our clients who want something a little edgier than traditional boudoir we will work with you to create images with this darker, moodier feel.
